My ultimate goal is to improve access to care in home. I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona and am in the final stages of becoming a contracted DDD provider. I am also currently working on contracting with AHCCCS.  I am working on getting other contracts with most major HMO/PPOs as well but have a cash pay option for those wanting to get started now. You are able to use your FSA or HSA for payment and can provide necessary documentation for you to submit if needed. Talk with your insurance company and find out what your out-of-network benefits include which may allow for partial reimbursement for visits. It is the client's responsibility to speak with their health insurance company to determine options for payment/ reimbursement.
